for example a quad cab hemi big horn 1500 has an msrp of 37k ish give or take 2-3k....but they sale for 17.9-22 new.....if you buy one at msrp of say 38k...you get one free meaning you just paid 19k each....

Here's the catch. It doesn't say buy 1 get 1 FREE. It says says "buy a new dodge ram and get a second at no additional cost."
That means you probably pay full price for the 2nd truck but they don't charge you all the BS dealership fees, handling fees, setup fees, etc.

Well, the ad also mentions 60% off MSRP. That's a better deal than a 2 for 1, which would be 50% off
