I'm sorry, I must not have been clear with what I originally wrote. Let me clear it up for you.

If I say they pulled me over for one thing. It doesn't mean, literally they pulled me over for one thing. lol. It means, they pulled me over for some other reason and gave me a citation for another. Clear?

So, If a cop pulls me over for tinted windows. Then give me a ticket for tinted window and whatever else you find. That's honest police work.

I disagree with you N8, there's people on this forum that goes to work everyday and put in an honest days work. Meaning, they're not stealing from the company, they're not overcharging the customer, they come in do their job and go home and feel about what they did. Too me that's an honest days work.

Now we're kinda off topic but to make it clear. It's not about the tickets. You're right, most tickets I received I deserve. My complaint is, the harassment. Maybe it's because of my address on my lic. or maybe it's the way I look, or maybe it's what I drive.

My complaint is:
getting socked in the face for nothing. (oakland riders)

illegal searches (San Ramon PD)

profiling. (CHP)

These cops and others like them need to be put on blast.

i was in the cell bangin on the walls for a min then lay down on the bench next thing i know a few officers come inside the cell and twist my arm and slam my face into the wall..i was then hogtied and left there on the ground...one of the reasons i dont pull over anymore

Oh yeah one more.....

Bout 5 months ago Im a few blocks from my house in redwood city and I get pulled over for having my parking lights on... now that rediculous!! And I told him "but all the newer cars have the lights on automatically" he said "would you like the violation code if you dont believe me" fukin dick!

Like a month ago im around the corner from my house and i get pulled over for my licence plate light... no ticket (it was out tho and i fixed it day after) About 30 minutes later my friend comes to pick me up in his stock maro and one block (literally) away from my house we get pulled over by another cop because his license plate light... So here we are thinking if the light really is out right cuz what are the odds... so after the cop runs his info and makes sure he's legit he came back and tells him "ill give you just a warning this time... you got any questions" So my friend tell him "yeah i wanna see the light and make sure its out" so we both got out of the car and what do ya know... the light works!! End of story... My boy pretty much told the cop if he gonna pull us over then dont bullshit us and make up excuses...

SO YEAH MOST COPS PROFILE AND HARASS REGARDLESS IF THEY ARENT SUPPOSED TO OR NOT... THEY GOT A SOCIETY OF THIER OWN... OH AND I EVEN KNOW A FEW COPS THAT DRIVE ILLEGAL MUSTANGS SO WFT!!!

The cop asks me for my ID (which me beeing a passenger should not matter) and see my id and tell me "Oh didnt i pull you over the other day" Ummmmm no he did not pull me over plus my name is very uncommon so that was his first mistake... they get my friends info and he had a restraining order on him from an ex-bitch and after that it was all bad... they though i was the girl who put it on him and were askin all questions that was not necessary, took us out of the car and made us sit on curb and I was told i could not talk on my cell phone (Im passenger keep in mind) My purse got searched as well as myself (by male cop) and this whole time im trying to just go with the flow for my friends sake... they were swearing at us and beeing very disrespectfull calling my friend a criminal and treating me like one too which i for sure am not and for sure do not deserve to be disrespected and sworn at... searched the whole car and fucked up his beat in the trunk and then finally after about 45 minutes of sitting on the curb of El Camino and A st and beeing extremely disrespected they let us go. Im a pretty strong chick and can handle alot but this shit made me feel violated... So we file a complaint against these cops and they did some investigating and called me and made me feel stupid and i caugh the cop pretty much backin his co-workers up so after getting pulled over numerouse more times after filing a complain and feeling like it wasnt worth it just dropped the complaint... The cop that pulled me (my passenger was same dude) over for my "loud exhaust" was the same cop we filed a complaint on...

Pretty much any nice car or muscle car they see it gets pulled over... Point blank period!
And if you see a cop or a cop behind you and you mobbin the stang or maro and you dont get fucked with is a lucky day for you!!!

Well.... my boy has a past and been to prison b4 but thats all old shit.... plus they found a lil less than an eighth but he had his card... It was all in the way they approached us and spoke to us... Me in particular cuz i ainht got no criminal history... maybe a few tickets here and there and like 10 tint tickets but not a criminal!

Lol probably true, in my stang im always on the lookout with the offroad exhaust, but the focus....the focus never feels like your going fast.


Now you want to talk about profiling. When riding my sportbike with my patches on ...... thats fucking profiling...lol.... I can be puttin around and get pulled over, they run my license and let me go. Rarely do I ever get a reason why I was pulled over, but my motorcycle is stock

Anyways I respect cops, and I know there are bad ones out there and I do firmly believe those bad ones do profile. But to me I believe the majority are on the up and up.

Now you want to talk about profiling. When riding my sportbike with my patches on ...... thats fucking profiling...lol.... I can be puttin around and get pulled over, they run my license and let me go. Rarely do I ever get a reason why I was pulled over, but my motorcycle is stock

Anyways I respect cops, and I know there are bad ones out there and I do firmly believe those bad ones do profile. But to me I believe the majority are on the up and up.

Im with you ... There are some bad ones but on the up side... Ive gotten pulled over plenty of times by a cool cop that lets me go and not only that but ive gotten lots of compliments on my car by officers that pulled me over... so i guess it kinda even out but some of us like my boy ive been talking bout got terrible luck i guess...

Ive never been pulled over when im dressed up for work.....

Only when I have my street clothes on (well except on the bike, but I was doing 130 on the freeway in my work clothes...that one doesnt count

Just so you know Im not into the bs drama over the computer and those who know me know the same but I must defend part of this thread because I shared some things on it as well... First of all I have filed a greivance which is what I stated in my post which lead me absolutely nowhere, plus I know many cops and I know how they can be "sometimes"... meaning not all cops are the same... This post was just about sharing stories (speaking for myself)because I myself and know people who have had bad experiences with the cops. I also drive the car I drive, which I like to think of as a kinda clean muscle car, because I've always like it and had interest in them, not because I want to be a cop magnet and plus besides having a little fun with my car every now and then, which everyone does, I never speed, I always have my blinker on and I obey the law, nor do I wish to receive a ticket in the near future... Like I said Ive been pulled over for legitimate resons and gotten just a warning and Ive also gotten tickets for legitimate reasons but I have also been pulled over for no reason at all... and i just dont think thats right.
Im just speaking for myself and cant speak for others but I just wanted to defend myself in case anyone was speaking on me... Everyone have a good night and a safe weekend

lol i got pulled over buy a cop for not wereing my seatbelt lol told me i need to have that on and gave me a warning then he ask me if i do work on these fox bodys i said yea he ask me a couple of questions about an oil leak that he had on his 92 so i told him that u probley have to change the vaulve cover gaskets and make sure pcv ot leakin earther come to find out that it was the cover thank me and told that i have a nice fox body lol pretty cool cop but i dont see him around in the hayward area no more dang i wanna see if could right off this fix it ticket!

ROFL. People who've been arrested complaining about being arrested. Is there a reason that you're being arrested? Nobody likes the concept of personal responsibility.

If you're dressed thug-like in gang apparel, expect some attention. Somewhat like the attention you would get sporting the wrong colors (i.e. blue, grey, or black) in a Norteno hood, but without being shot. If you're driving your car like an idiot or thumping gangsta rap, expect some attention from police.

If you're on parole, don't be surprised if your car gets searched. It's called a condition. If you have extensive arrest history, don't be surprised if the police find any legal reason to search your car. Common searches: search incident to arrest, inventory search, protective sweep, probable cause search, and consent search (to name a few).

BTW, I looked up "parole" in the dictionary. It's defined as "your ass should be incarcerated but we don't have enough rooms in prison, so we'll release you into society so you can manage to fuck up again for the sixth to tenth time."

Bitch and whine about being bitten by a canine, but you likely deserved it. If you're getting stomped at a police station for being an uncooperative prick, chances are you deserved it. If someone is disrespecting your house in the hood, do you tolerate it? HELL NO! Someone's gonna get shanked! Consider yourself lucky the police aren't stabbing ya like another hoodrat would.

Don't stop for police, don't be surprised if someone's scraping you (and the hapless victim you hit) from the road with a shovel. You won't be around to complain, but I'm sure the whiny lawyer hired your family will.

On a serious note, a community should want their police force to be as aggressive as possible without violating rights. That being said, the officer who has graduated from college, attended a P.O.S.T. certified academy, and worked in the field for several years may KNOW more about your rights than you FEEL you know. As much as the non-voter has no right to complain about the direction of our country, the ignorant have no right to complain about their rights being violated if they don't even know what they are and how they have been interpreted by the courts.

A few random thoughts from a taxpayer who manages to abide rules and stay reasonably out of trouble. And a last thought...for those who don't like police, boycott 911.
