I had a 07 DRZ400sm for about a year until I got rid of it. It was a great bike, lots of fun. Lacking in the power deparment in factory form but with a full length pipe, 3x3 airbox mod, and jetting it feels like a total different bike. It's reliable and will last a long time, but not super fast. If you want something super fast but barley qualifies as supermoto, look at the Ducati Hypermotard, heard nothing but good things. A step down from that would be an Aprilla or Husky, then a KTM SMR.

f those drz they are slow. Get a husaberg, husky or a ktm. You get what you pay for. Id recommand the husaberg. My buddy races and he has a ktm and a husaberg.
