Hell of a buy! Makes Me want to bust out My old knife bag. I have some pretty good hardware from cooking school & being a chef for 8 year's. Almost makes Me miss the hard work in the HOT kitchen's .

I found it at the TjMaxx in elk grove. They are hard to come by. I have been looking there for a few months. but it is worth the wait. Very sharp knife, and easy to handle.
Actually TjMaxx carries alot of higher end cooking supplies there. some times you just have to deal with a small scratch or two.
