You MUST be trappin more than 106 to be hanging with litre bikes rite ![[Confused]](confused.gif) , the slowest ones trap well into the 120's!! IDK, about it being a real R1. I've hit over 140 with some one on the back, and over 160mph by myself. That time i went 160 i still could have gone a lot more, but thought it was kinda pointless. The bike will wheelie the first three gears with pure throttle.
Good luck getting a new hood. That must suck to see over $500 fly off your car.

That wat i was thinkin my shiftin seems to be faster then normal cobras i raced a stock 03 cobra and blow the doors off im also stock for now

this bike hella looks like it says r1 but it dont if you where in 6th gear he was def in at least 5th and ima guess since my 750cc does 140mph at the top of 3rd the link i put up was probly the bike you raced and if not ima guess a 1972 yamaha sumthin or other that you thought said r1 if your gunna stand tough about it i wanna see a lot of green and ill shoot over to your neck of the woods on my 750 and help open your doors and proceed in taking them off. your story was very imaginative though

Maybe the guy on the bike was thinking that you were crazier than him for going faster than 140. 140 on a bike is way more crazy than 140 in a car. I went about 147 with my top down in my car before and about 135 on my bike. I was not scared at all in my car, but I start to think twice about giving more throttle with my bike at 135. My 600 has a lot more throttle at 135 but a lot more can go wrong at faster speeds on a bike than a car. 4 wheels are safer than 2.
