75 and later. I heard if you want to sell an old car it has to be smogged now is that right? My 68 is in Non-op i hope i don't have to smog it to get it registered. i don't think it'll pass visual but maybe the smog guy will let it pass just so he can say he touched it lol.

yes, but their smog criteria is not as stringent.

looked around on the dmv site and really cant find shit about 75 and older cars having anything to do with smog...

cars 75 and below don't have somg 76's do though. I bought my 73 and didn't have to smog it.
