You have court ordered community service from the judge? If thats the case, then have fun doing the WWP (weekend work program) You cant get that signed off by anyone.

you can get that signed off.. you say guilty and ask for community service, your not picking up trash you can do it for any non profit org. and its better to pay the 35 rather then the ticket

U sure about that? have you gone that route before? Any court ordered community service that ive heard of (for SJ anyway) You have to do the service through the county, supervised by LEO's until you get assigned to your "site" for the remainder of your community service, not just any old non profit org....
Ex: you get 10 weekend days. youd show up saturday morning at the court house parking garage for that weekend. from there onon the following weekends you go to ur "site" be it cal trains/ or one of SJ many yard sites. (parks n req) for the remainder 8 days...

Ya, my mother-in-law was a tanker and got a DUI, but was very small only 4'11" tall not even a buck ringin wet so she asked for communuty service for a non profit and got it. Don't know if you can for speeding or other things though.

ive never done it to where i robbed someone and they say you have community service and issued it but the kind for speeding tickets or seat belt tickets you just go to court plead guilty and so you dont pay the fine you can ask for community service pay 30 dollars and have someone you know sign it off.
