I see it all the time ,and think they are worth something lol. How can you sell them and call them drivers? I do not get it. These are the obvious ones I am talking about.

lol I lost everybody? OK simple version..people modify there mustangs strip all the smog off of them then try to sell them as street cars in CA. You can't smog,can't drive them, them they are worthless to most people. These people still ask alot of money for them.

Look if a car doen't pass smog then trust me your going to get it a lot cheaper, hey I'm going to sell my 96 cobra with out smog, i'll pass but just needs cats. I just don't want to deal with it and trust me if someone really wants it with smog i'll buy some cats and bolt them on.
