HAD TO DO IT. WAS OUT OF THE MUSTANG GAME FOR ONLY 5 MONTHS. COULDN'T HANG.
GOT A FAT TAX RETURN, HAD TO BUY A COMMUTER CAR.
WAS GONNA SETTLE FOR A CAR THAT NEEDS A LOT OF WORK BUT LESS THAN $2500.
THEN I FOUND IT:
1993 GT, 115K ORIGINAL MILES, LIGHT BLUE METALLIC OVER GRAY, WITH SUPER CLEAN BLACK CLOTH INTERIOR.
THE ONLY DOWNFALL: IT'S AN AUTO. BUT YOU DON'T FIND CLEAN GT'S THAT ARE STICKSHIFTS ANYMORE FOR BELOW $5000. NOT AN ORIGINAL PAINT, TWO-TONE CAR EITHER.
I'M SO EXCITED JUST HAD TO SHARE IT WITH YOU GUYS.
I'M GONNA CLEAN IT UP REAL NICE ON SUNDAY AND I'LL POST PICS.
YOU GUYS WILL BE JEALOUS......
a little rough around the edges but not too bad. spent most of today removing the black stripe around the mouldings and some wheel well and door trim. stock down to the mufflers, air silencer and the cd player.
I will finish removing the adhesive from the stripe tomorrow and throw on some new headlights, fog lights, and lx tails!!
so quiet I forget it's running sometimes! [ April 28, 2008, 12:13 AM: Message edited by: vpr_klr ]

Congrats!
Foxbodies still tickle my fancy. I will routinely do a double take when I see one drive by, even if it is a POS, lol.

out of the ten fox bodies I have owned, this is the second with black interior.
my other car was CLEANER!
couldn't pass on the original/clean to price ratio on this one. [ April 28, 2008, 12:20 AM: Message edited by: vpr_klr ]

yeah, i was going to buy another car after work then this one popped up right before I left. Called dude, bought the car over the phone, drove 5 hours round trip with cash and am not disappointed. actually excited considering the fact the car is a good color two tone car with black interior.
auto though

I think the titanium or medium grey would be a better overall combo for the car. But black can never go wrong with.

pm box is full, still need a power pipe for a y trim, not sure at the moment havent touched the car in a while. Let me know what you got, i also need a exhaust system, would prefer dumps as my fuel system will not allow tail pipes. cowl hood so i dont have to cut mine, like i said not sure what you have left, i ended up using my prostick. Only thing i used was the cable, but i belive that was from the c4 conversion kit. Let me know, ill be at work for next 48 hours but its not going anywhere. also have a brand new black magic and mark VII fans.

pm box cleared.
I have a set of barely used MAC pro dumps in 3" black. 2 hours of dyno time.
