I know it is some pretty nerdy stuff. But I just passed my MCSD and CUA tests.......2 of the hardest tests I have taken ever
CUA = Certified Usability Analyst
MCSD = Microsoft Certified Solution Developer
Now I just need to finish my Masters and I am done with my alphabets!... AS, BS, A+, MCSD, CUA FTMFW....
Just thought I'd share, haven't been this happy in quite a while!

Congrats. Those are some nice certifications and degrees. You will be making some really good money, if not already.

I got 5 boys, a wife and 2 dogs. No money will ever be good enough. I get these degrees and certs just to keep up with their shoes sizes. But it feels good to show my kids that I did it.
Thanks for the congrats. I am feeling pretty Irie right about now.

Good job. I hate school. CDF isn't having any classes this time of the year so i can't get any more fire certs until i start work fulltime. Should have looked into it at the end of last year.

Depends how dope, I can build you a super computer, liquid cooled, overclocked...all the good stuff. Let me know what you wanna do with it. I build gaming rigs for friends all the time. They buy the parts and pay a lil for my time. But you gotta let me know what you want to do with it.
But on average lets say 1000-1500 will get you a computer that sells for like 3-4k.

I use DVDdecrypt and DVDShrink together. They are free programs. Its a long process and you will need some drive space. I havent tried it on a bluRay or HDDvd movie yet.

go to testking.com and download the test and study that fucker front to back. I need to get off my ass and take the tests but just to busy. Have you taken any of the pre MCSE tests? like MCP and whatnot? You do knwo that they are getting ready to do away with the MCSE and going to individual certs.

I started to take the MCP, MCSE and the likes right when .net came out. I figured it was going to be the easiest at that point. But I started my own business and never looked back. But now, I am finding more fortune 500 co's are wanting their subcontractors to be more qualified. Hence my desire for the certs now.
MCSE test is hella hard I heard. I thought about staying in infrastructure, but I kinda like interacting with people.

Nope haven't taking any pretests yet, just a bunch of torrent downloads of Oct 07 edition of MCSE training/study guides.
Also have bunch of softwares on my company desktop that emulates a bunch of MSCE questionare.
I might head out to Bootcamp paid by company soon to get my MCSE in 2-3 weeks but its still under consideration.
Yes, MCSE is friggen hard, lots of studying!! But i guess it pays off at the end, lots of cpmpanies are wanting CERTS now.

Well first start and go get your MCP test out of the way, then make way for hell. I hope you have a couple of years of IT work under you belt because the MCSE tests are no joke and very hard. My dad just finished his MCSE and hes been doing IT for 10 years and he said it was a brain buster because its so many different tests and those bootcamps just cram it all in your head really quick and if you dont know most of it already you will have a hard time. I thought about taking it but i decieded i hate IT and went into doing A / V and I still do telecom stuff along with a little IT. Good luck, and congrats nate, so you still throwin around the little server room idea at your house?
