Well I finally stopped puting it off & picked up a used SCT Xcal 2 tuner for my 03 mach & also purchased an email custom tune from RWTD, until i can get a real dyno tune. My buddy who i bought it from also had an 03 Mach, but with a few different mods. He already returned his car back to stock b4 he sold me the tuner. My 1st question is, what do i have to do before I plug this into my car? Our cars have two different computer codes from ford. Do i have to erase everything before the tuner is compatible? I know his tune wasnt made for my car, but the only mods he had were longtubes, intake spacer, off road x, JLT, & flows. My mods are catted h, C&L 85mm MAF/cai, & catback.I know that I have to save my stock tune into the Xcal2 1st right? if it will work, i wanna test out his tune until my Email tune comes. Is this a bad idea & will it even work? Sorry 4 the newbie question, but I have no experience with tuners.....Thanks
