I want to get out of my verizon phone. It was working fine for a few months. However, now I cannot get any reception in my apartment or around my apartment. I need to get out of this contract but do not want to pay 175 cancellation fee. Can anyone help me please?

My ex works there and you can't get out of your contract. Shit, you call to change your contract at all and it starts over..... I never knew that till I called to cut my min down because I wasn't using them all. The lady told me that if I did it would renew the contract and be stuck for another year!! Thats the stuff they don't come right out and tell you when you sign up.... its in the fine print Good luck.
