I was at work today, and about 5:00, the president of the company comes to my area and asks me to come with him. We go outside, he says that he has noticed how hard I have been working over the past few months, and he is giving me a $5/hr raise. I am now the assistant manager of my department. He told this to me before he told my manager, and the company general manager. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

I'm now at Jim Russell Racing School. I've been here for a little over 2 years now.
In 5 years at Griggs, I got a total of $6/hr raise.
