I would say built AOD, manual valvebody, tranny brake and a great converter. You will get alot of people on here and alot of opinion's but most are basing their decision with 300-500 hp car's and You are going to be in a different league. If You put a stick behind this car and plan on driving it on the street You will not be able to utilize the power You are going to produce. I will send You a PM also .

Having had a Dynamic transmission, & run a Lentech in a customers car....I'd go Lentech, hands down.
My Dynamic was built wrong & I broke it twice after it was 'fixed'. The converter was WAY too loose....even after I sent it back to get tightened up.
The Lentech 4R70W we used in our TT 03Cobra project has performed flawlessly. The converter was dead-on the first time (gained 2 more MPH from 1/8th to 1/4 than my Dynamic with similar power/weight).
I've now got a JPT built Turbo400 coming to replace my Dynamic Mighty mite 2 C4. If I wanted a 4spd tranny, there's no question I'd run a Lentech....they are pricey, but you get what you pay for.
& having gone from 5spd to Auto....I will never go back! A properly setup full manual valvebody Auto is Awesome!
