damn tickets suck! i got court on nov.2 for a stupid ass ticket. i said not guilt hopefully i can win this..... ticket was for "not yielding for the ped" i was making a right hand turn and it was red for the pedestrians. as i was making the right the light turned green and the only thing that was in the cross walk was my rear bumper! damn cob has bien following me for 2 blocks, and he is SJSU cop. the ticket is 250. crossing my fingers hopefully i can win.

Who owns the car really has nothing to do with the speed issue. Was it on a highway or surface street? Radar, lidar or pace? What department? I think 25 over is the cut off for traffic school... You may want to check into that.

it was in danville on a surface street. it was a chp officer he was driving head on to me in the oposite lane and wipped it around and flipped the lights on me.

Good luck. I just got a bullshit ass ticket from some dyke ass CHP lady down the street from my house. WTF was she doing posted in my neighborhood?! Apparently with predisposition to ticket someone as she wasn't like all the other officers I've dealt with. Women officers just always gotta prove something.
