Not everyone has a garage...Not sure about that guy, but I have owned 4 Mustangs, none of which were ever parked in a garage...Needless to say, i cant wait until I can get a place with a garage....Luckily now, i get to park my Mach 1 in the garage @ work.... People leave cars outside in Areas like Turlock. Its a Cow town. Sadly it is too close to where people steal cars though. I feel for him.

Yeah and full coverage will cost you more per year than they will pay you if the car is stolen. I looked into it with my 90 GT and I would end up getting almost nothing after my deductible. I would rather know my car blew up and killed a thief than get it back all stripped!
