Topic: 5 Mustangs Doing Donuts On Highway 4 Right Now

Just got a call from my CHP buddy telling that 5 Mustangs going West on Highway 4 in Pittsburg were racing and wonder if I was one of them, so he call just to say get off Highway 4 before other cops get there, but I was at home, as he was talking to me, he got another broadcast on the radio that now the Mustangs stopped traffic on Highway 4 and were now doing donuts, that happen around 1:30PM today.
