Very clean looking Superduty. Be careful modding a 6.0L of that year bracket. The 03's through early 05's had some issues with popping head gaskets and head studs. If you can afford to my advise for first mods would be to run a Mag-Hytech deep tranny pan for the 4R100 and run AMSOIL throughout the rig. Run either a Silverline, MBRP or Aero Turbine turbo back exhaust and either a Volant or AFE Stage II air box. I'd leave it at that honestly until you feel comfortable then I would look at Edge down the line for a flash tuner and Juice w/Attitude double stack configuration.

My personal experience and feelings about Bully Dog is that they suck ass honestly, Ford wise at least.
I replied to your PM and you can get the tranny pans from the guy I gave you info on.
Go with the Edge A2 configuration. It's basically the top of the line Juice w/Monitor plus built in Tom Tom navi system as well.

Unless he has either an F650 or above or had a company custom retrofit an Allison 1000 into his F250/350 they were NEVER a custom factory option ever. Only the GMC/Chevy heavy duty lines came with the Allison 1000's in them.
F650's you can custom order with either Cummins, CAT or Ford/Navistar engines and Allison tranny's in them.

don't know how my friend got his with an allison but it's in there. must've been a special dealer specific option they opted for.

I have a paycheck that I am willing to bet you that it's a Torqshift, not an Allison. Your friend has no idea what he is talking about. And just so you know, I am an auto trans tech for Ford - 21 years and counting.

Nice looking truck, just couldn't give me a 03 6.0. I am heavily debating to even get an 06 or 07. I love my 7.3l with 250K on stock everything even tranny. I run the edge evo, use to stack it with the Atitude. The last 130k have been with those stacked both on extreme and towing a lot.

no it's an extra cab, I might be getting rid of it sooner than latter. I need a 8ft bed 350. Hopefully a dually crew cab.

You can't beat an F250. I bought mine new in 1996 for $22k fully equipped, and it has never had any problems. It sits outside all day long and still looks new. These trucks are bullet proof.
