I'm right here at 1st & Market...Fremont's not too far away. There is nothing around here for 200 a month. I believe the average is north of 350, easy. BART it. If you're in SF, take the street cars. They'll take you within a few blocks. [ June 11, 2007, 03:54 PM: Message edited by: castor ]

Your wallet, car, and your patience will thank you if you take bart instead. The traffic is horribly slow, there are no cheap parking spots, tons of careless drivers and the road is jacked up and the stop and go traffic will take a toll on your car.

Yep! I use to work up the block on New Montgomery. I usually get their "Push-up" Fried Chix with white rice and corn.

I'm starting a new job in SF on Monday. I'll be working at 2nd and Harrison
Any of you guys want to meet up for a beer after work next week lemme know.
Procharged2Kv6, I would also recommend BART. If you live in SF you can get a fast pass for $45 a month that covers MUNI and BART. It's the only way to go!

I used to work on Market at Macromedia by the Metreon. I have a house in SF and I still wouldnt drive around and look for parking. FastPass is your ticket for real. Most companies will reimburse you for it too.

On the same block as Ming's Cafe right next to the alley is B&M. They raised their prices a little but you can't beat quality and quantity of their rice plates. I always get their garlic chix over rice with a fried egg [you'll have to ask them to add the egg], or, their Bitter Melon and Chix over rice. Either way, you can't loose with these 2 items. Order from the register, not the hot counter.

I'm at the corner of Main and Harrison (365 Main).
I know there is cheap covered parking on Bryant between Beale and 2nd. It's on your right if you're going towards the Embarcadero. I think it's around 8 a day....I think. I use to work at 501 2nd and would see signs for it all the time.

You could always try Bicycle commuting. I commuted into the city from my place in Pacifica for many years on a bicycle so I wold say that if you live and work in SF, using a bicycle for transportation in San Francisco is a no brainer.

yea like homie before me said,, just park in daly city or colma bart and take bart to the city. you can use bart with a fast pass but only within the city limits,, daly city is outside of san francisco so u wouldnt be able to use the fast pass.

Cole valley. Depending on how I felt, I could do the ride in a little less than an hour.
