Front, side, and slow motion impacts recorded for a variety of makes and models by the Insurance Institute. Kind of cool to watch, and a little disturbing, yet educational. Look up your cars if you want to see how they perform.
I don't recommend looking at the convertible Mustang though.

I was surprised at the difference between the silverado 1500 and the f150, the f150's have always been the absolute worst, but now I'm thinking of an f150 instead of a silverado for my next truck!

its a sensor that lets them know when serious injuries occur. they us a similiar type of thing on the mythbusters

Comsumer Reports sucks dick. I mean it's nice to be able to watch that, but there's no rear impact data, and not even 1/3 of any manufacturer's models are shown. The Ins institute does tests on every model so what's up with that. I wanted to see an damn vette drop-top crash, cuz that would be bad..
