Well my work gym isn't cutting it so I may need to look for a good gym. Anyone have suggestions in or near Fremont? I know there is 24 hr and Ballys and also the 24 hr near Newpark. But any other ones that are good? I don't care for a Club Sport type of gym I just want to lift weights and do cardio. So I'm not concerned about things like aerobic classes (although I love going to them because I get to watch hot sweaty chicks bend over). How much should I expect to pay for a gym? I went to 24 hr near Newpark and they wanted 199 down and 49 per month? And that was with automatic withdrawal. Fuck that!!!

Well, what would you consider a good gym? A gym with alot of equipment and never gets too busy where you have to wait for an equipment to be available to you or a good gym would mean cheap membership fee? I know that we all try to look for cheap/reasonable membership but it seems to me that that is your number one concern is the money although I don't think that $199.00+$50mo isn't all that bad of a deal but I'm pretty sure you might be able to find something cheaper but just depends on the promotion they have going on. Good luck.

I'm just looking for somewhere to lift weights. I go during off peak hours so I'm not concerned about the busy times. For example I thought a good gym was the old Ray Wilsons back in the day. Or the old Powerhouse. The price just seemed high to me because I see all these places offering things like 19 a month but maybe there are gimmicks to it. I'll just keep looking around.
