Give them a call. Envy . I'm just kidding. Definatelly go with the 408 stronger block, more potential. Hearsay is not a good way to base the choice on the shop u will be choosing for the assembly/work. Numbers and facts is what u should base that on. All off the shelf parts and 10:1 comp ratio. I put down 371 hp and 360tq on a Dynojet. Car went a best 11.7@117.789 with a 1.63 60ft. in street trim. Drews 347 put down like 470 something to the wheels WELL OVER 500 on just the motor and EFI.
