I would check cars.com or autotrader.com, I believe I saw a 2004 mystic convertible with about 30,000 miles for $28K at a dealership in Southern California.

You could do that, but it will still be just a GT.... The cobra's value should steadilly increase over time.... TTT

Only if it stays stock and has low miles. But, what's the point of having a great car like that and not driving it?
Once the new Shelby achieves market saturation and goes for sticker price or less, the 03/04 Cobra should have a big value drop and will be a great bargain. If money is an issue, I would wait 6-12 months. If not, buy now and enjoy it over the summer.

Exactly , if you dont like the price then you should opt for a base color cobra. The paint and exclusivity is what you're paying for [ April 05, 2007, 07:09 PM: Message edited by: CLEEN 50 ]

IMO a patient buyer pays close to what he/she wants, on the other hand, an impatient buyer pays close to what the seller wants. The more you want something, the more likely you will become impatient.

They are great but if they get keyed up your insurance might damn near total it. At least thats what a person on an older thread said.
