"looks good and goes fast in a straight line." It's a ford, what else would they expect? It does what is meant to do just fine... I'd still rather get an 03-04. I'm not a fan of the new body style poor gt500, looked like poop around the track. [ March 19, 2007, 05:02 PM: Message edited by: Jmir018 ]

I have never seen so much wrong info in my life.
Fuckers don't even know the difference between rearwheel and flywheel horsepower.
I bet according to them the STI is god around a track and the gt500 is a pos yet they run the same times.
I fucking hate brits.
They said it didn't have limited slip bah hahaha.

They didn't change the brakes?? It has no limited slip??
What did they get? An engineering mule?
And the power was probably at the wheels. They are dynoing in excess of 500 at the flywheel.
They really missed on this one.

They are biased against American Cars like no other... The even said the Lightning is a bad Truck because it has a bed and its 2wd
and i believe it is different than the american version, if you notice the tail lights are different.... and it doesnt have brembos or a lsd... just means american get a better car for cheaper( car is ~$70,000 msrp there) [ March 19, 2007, 07:46 PM: Message edited by: o3BlueMach1 ]

Hell no it wasn't. The dipshits didn't even do their goddamn homework, and just pulled all that commentary out of their ass. With that said, I still think Top Gear is a good show. Also, they won't be making any new episodes until the end of summer (so they say..). If they do come back with another season, then producers want to have more celebrities on the show.
WE HAVE UNIQUE WHIPS FOR THAT FAGGOT SHIT GODDAMMIT!

Most if not all the cars over there are measured in brake horse power. (BHP)...If I'm not mistaken, BHP is a net figure not gross....
The car was spinning the inside tire pretty bad when they were timming it...They prob wore out the clutches in the diff doing donut's, but you can clearly see the smoke comming from the inside tire...
They are VERY opinionated and normally love Ford's, but they pretty much "hated" on that car though....

I actually don't blame them. If I drove million dollar exotics that corner like they're on rails all the time, I wouldn't get a woody with a 4000lbs 500hp car that didn't have IRS on a track. I think my car is quicker and more fun cause it's lighter And don't forget that they actually LOVED the Ford GT ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif) [ March 20, 2007, 07:09 PM: Message edited by: GTChink ]
