i'm not really sure how they can tell if they got the right guy or not. Even if it is him, he should deny everything...if he's smart. the cops have to actually see the guy's face to make a positive match to the guy running on the bike.

This guy could have got away if you would have changed inside a building and not outside. I probably would have headed for a parking structure instead of the front entrance of Macy's.

man that guy is moving! It reminds me of this pic my buddy has on his Myspace. He has been riding bikes since he was like 3. I know for a fact he has ran from the cops many times in Eldorado county, and he gets away.
