My father is looking into liquidating $50,000 out of his house and adding the amount to his current mortgage. He currently has countrywide and they offered an unacceptable jump in his monthly payments. Can anyone suggest any other good companies??? thanks

whats his current rate on his first?

He can call me. My name is Chris and I work for Countrywide Home Loans 916-770-2515, if I don't answer leave a message and I will call back as soon as possible. I can do a HELOC or a fixed second or a New first whatever he wants. I can have money for him in 12-20 days!
