One gallon acrylic enamel paint, 1 pint wet look acrylic Hardener, 1 qrt. Acrylic Reducer,
In what order are they mixed? and what ratios?

All paint has it's own mixing ratio. Where ever you got the paint from, should tell you. A generic ratio would be like 4 to 1 reducer with a few caps full of hardener.

its usually more hardner. like 33%-50% hardner.
