dealerships made a deal with the devil so they could sell cars for working class people for almost twice the price. they should have just been sold from shelby or someone who wouldnt mark the price up

Exactly. Dealerships are ruining the Shelby name and belief. ![[Frown]](frown.gif)

You cant compare the new Z06 to a GT500, no comparrison. The Z06 would run circles around the GT500 all day long.

The problem is that as long as people keep paying these outragous prices then the dealers will continue to mark them up. It's all about supply and demand. Look at the PS3. Why the fuck would anyone pay 5g's for one???? Appearently there are people who did.
I predict that the prices will come down quite a bit as production numbers increase and all the "I gotta have this thing now" people get their cars.
I think they are worth the $45k sticker price but not the markup

They are worth sticker but no more. I agree the price will come down, especially when other special edition Mustangs come out.

Take a ride in one!!! Worth every bit of 45k.
The price will come down. There will always be mark ups on hot commodities until supply catches up with demand.

agreed.. not worth the 20K over msrp but if you can get close it would be nice. Throw intake smaller pully and good tune and you will be at the 600hp or more mark baby!
