today, 2 years ago today i made the down payment and began making payments on my coupe(i was 17 working at albertsons-hated that job)
this is what it looked like when i got it, i didnt even know how to drive a manual, friend took me out to the alameda base and i learned in a few hours, learning on a clutch on borrowed time is not good, friend blew the clutch got a new one installed the next day(this is the same clutch that is currently on the car), and went out and practiced some more. ahhh memories....

1.5 years. Making payments too on a 12 year old car. Sad, but I guess I need to build credit somewhere.

About myself. Sorry. Making payments for me on something so old is just weird. At least I owe less on it than it's worth, I suppose? ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

haha.. yes and no. It's a love hate thing. For the past 3-4 months, something has been going wrong with it and I have to take it to the mechanic since I don't have the know how to do it myself. Let's just say that I could have had my bottom end built already.... ![[Mad]](mad.gif)

I purchased mine on 4/20/05 for $1k.
Starter went out in the autozone parking lot where I bought it so I had to push start it to get it to my house which was around the corner.
Going on 2 yrs this coming april.

Shoot I would have to look at the pink slip, but I think I have had about three years now. Or pretty damn close to 3. I know I got my first Mustang about 5 years ago. Wow Time kinda flys.
