Decided to pass on it, still a good buy for someone to tear apart and fix up, he said he was negotiable onthe price so i figure he will take a couple hundred less..
Problems I noticed to help an interested buyer out that the buyer did not specify:
car has 208k miles and the motor sounds like its on its way out.
reg is almost 2 year exp
gas gauge is out
rusted out trunk and minor rust holes on the roof
needs heater core
needs vaccum lines
needs starter/alternator
some minor suspesnion work
shifter is 7 times bigger than a stock one
seats are worn
