Hello Everyone,
I'm looking for an architect to help design a guest house. This is a relatively small job so I'm hoping to find someone moonlighting to handle both architectural / engineering. I would appreciate your referral.

How much does an architect charge? i'm passively looking for one. i'd like to desing two small houses also.

That's the difficult part. The cost is all over the map. Some charge per hr, others charge based on % of the total cost of construction.
