Well,
Moved in, waiting for pets to be delivered and two cars (one '65 Mustang most importantly). Beautiful neighborhood and great house. Kids started school yesterday. Have hundreds of boxes and packing paper everywhere. Off to mow and clear enough room in the garage for the stang.

plan on doing a two or 3 bay shop and lift. Won't be til next year. May throw a lift in the current garage first...

Around 160 miles to the coast, so we get ot enjoy some rain and wind, but not worried about full hurricane.
And yeah, old house=1440 sq/ft
newhouse= 2850 sq/ft, w/ 440 sq/ft unfinished extra room (currently used as "attic")
