Sometimes its better to just say fuck it. Give the dude his money back and say fuck it. Or take it to the street level and say fuck it. But I would say give him his money back. Especially if he knows where you live and shit. PLus I think those things are illegal anyway, so if he reports you for selling them there could be some repercussions for that.
I would only give money back if they are in re-sellable condition. But then again I hate being threatened, I would probably check his ass for the threats but still give him his cash back.

well in that case I dunno man. I'd probably not give him all his cash back citing that he rode them all day and fucked shit up. Kind of a catch 22, deny him his money and face harrassment, Give him his money and take a loss. Depends on which is more important to you. Money or peace of mind.

Take them back but only give him half his money back since he broke them. If he gives you a problem put him in your shoes maybe he'll understand if not then thats his problem.

Yep just like a car.. "Sold as is" If he agrees to the new carb, then i would still have him sign something stating that you 2 settled on it. [ July 14, 2006, 05:42 PM: Message edited by: 9Venom9 ]
