Just curious to which board member owns the black 03 cobra with "cobra" stencil on the aftercooler..I believe it's KB or Whipple charged...here's a pic i took at Apex meet a while back..
But yea, just wondering because I saw you today at the bollinger and San Ramon Valley Blvd intersection. NICE CAR!

I thought they had both an intercooler and a heat exchanger
Never had a KB but the stock Eaton has an I/C under the blower and a H/E in front of the radiator.

Yeah it is one system. The heat is taken from the blower manifold area by the coolant and then the coolant is cooled by the heat exchanger at the front bumper. But an aftercooler means that the air charge flows through the cooler before going to the engine, which is not how the eaton setup works.

Yea someone that knows the difference between the HE and IC...
As for the stencel there are alot of people with it since you can get it as an option on both the Gords and the LFP replacements.

It's a heat exchanger not an aftercooler. The intercooler is between the blower and intake manifold.
