I'd personally find a used one off somewhere like craigslist. You won't have to spend as much and you'll still have hella fun on it. Get one thats a couple years old already. Thats what I did when I bought my dirtbike, I only spent 1500 on it and its a 98 2 stroke 250, runs hard.

yeah go used unless you already know how to ride. It'll save you some money for when you crash and burn while you're learning. Good luck.

I prefer a 4 stroke. I had a banshee but 4 stroke fit my riding better. Even though DMV screwed up and gave me a green sticker I still would go with a four stroke for the OHV park's.

I have a Predator 500. Its pretty fun. I trail ride and motorcross. Whatever you buy, dont get crazy right away learn your machines limits. I know too many people that learned the hard way!

I think you woulld be better off getting the 400ex , I have one and a 450 but anyone can ride them but you can mod them out . . . great on trail and the dunes . .. . if you have only riden twice I dont recomend the raptor . . . maybe the 300 raptor they have out but not hte fuel injected 700 . .. . 400 I love mine and probally will never get rid of it used you can fidn about 3000 for on in good shape maybe less they have good deals on craigslist . . ..

huge waist of money, you by it and pay for it all year and use it at most half the year if you are lucky. better off buying a used one or renting one when you want to use on. or thats what i would do

My top two choices are the TRX450, and the new Suzuki 450. The Suzuki is Fuel injected, and its a BMF.
