Just got back after spending 2 weeks there for our 1 year anniversary. Cops on Oahu [Waikiki], roll deep in GT's and Mach 1's. I took several pics of them and will post them up as soon as I can. Man, the weather SUCKS here, but it's good to be back. ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

my girlfriend's from oahu so when we're not at school together like witner and summer breaks i usually visit her (great excuse to go there, lol). anyways, lots of ricers out there, but theres also a lot of mustang love, not counting the millions of mustang rental cars u see. a lot of the military guys have gt's and foxes aren't hard to find. oh and if any of you guys ever go there in the summer, one of the ford dealersips (i think kailua) host a massive ford and saleen celebration. one year i went, steve saleen himself was there to take part in the event.

I would not want to use my own car for my Patrol car. I don't care if they pay half or not.

Patroling over in Hawai'i is not like here on the mainland... neither is their salary. I believe HPD is trying to implement a fleet right now. Man,I miss having this in my backyard...

I played in the Maui Invitational over there in Hawaii when I was in college. I really loved it there. In some weird way it reminded me of the South with all the hospitality. And the girls over there LOVE basketball players.
I'd love to see the pictures of the stangs tho. They roll stangs big up in Canada too. [ March 21, 2006, 02:47 PM: Message edited by: n8y8 ]

i used to go to hawaii every summer for several summers ago becuse i had some family over there, i eventually went to all of the islands, it was fun, i had a great time, weather was killer over there. and i remember seeing some badass cars on the freeway around the island. the sites were kick ass, and the cool thing was that other kids and people thought i was from teh island and not a tourist so i wasnt fukked with.
