Bay area rap scene. Meaning they go to the ghettoist(sp) places they can find with local rappers.

it was okay and nice to see the bay get some love but some artist shouldve gotton more love and though e40 is a big part of bay music they made it too much about him and definitly think they couldve put together a better show but now people will see that we do more bay then kill and jack people we get hyphy and swang em in the streets and we got good music to bump while were doing it

Yeah the Bay is definetly getting airplay now, *HYPHY* is becoming well known all over the states, thanks to all the REAL Bay supporters, all you fake bay that are downloading ALBUMS off the net need to stick to your backstreet boy music and singh nelly's songs and break dance to Paul Walls beats....
THE BAY WE FRESHHH !!!!

Im out of the hyphy movement, it was cool when it was underground when people in the bay didnt even know what it was but when i started to see square ass people and white gurls try shake their "dreads" it got annoying but recently chris brown talking about getting hyphy and ghost riding the whip, I threw in the towel. The hyphy culture as we knew it is dead, soon well have people all over the country "shaking thier dreads" and its going to be watered down corporate mainstream chart-topping music. Get ready for all the stowaway's on the bandwagon. End Rant.

like ive said before on different forums, the bays blowing up...cool, but what sucks is every song thats been coming out, is i get more stupid, retarded, ride the yellow bus more then the next guy..i personally hate the shit..thats why lately i been downloading all my shit..if its good i'll go out and buy it, add it to the collection...ever since hyphy started blowin up the cd changer consist of Too short-born to mack, tony francis-cardassius,young d boyz-str8 game, mac mall-untouchables,mac dre vs.little bruce-crestside vs. hillside 1990, mac dre-cold capper 1989 stuff...to bad the quality sucks on the mac dre cds..but i rather play it then hyphy stuff..

Hmmm thats weird that you got out of the hyphy movement LOL! The HYPHY movement is all about getting known, who gives a fuck if a square white boy is shaking his dread .. Let it be, shows how the Bay is getting known all over eachs neighbourhood & city .. I rather see sqaure fools do the dance that the BAY AREA rappers developed then watching everyone "lean back" and "get crunk hoe!!" shit
