Well, my quest to find the "right car" has finally ended today. I've been dealing with 50Notch ever since I sold my bike. I am proud to say, I am the new owner of the "SF Giants"/ "Harley Davidson" edition Notchback. the pics are crappy because it was in the garage and dark out, but I'll have some better ones tomorrow. 50NOTCH is a stand-up guy and hooked me up PHAT Hope you like it as much as I do

yea, I know JohnB has worked on it before. Thanks for the compliments guys....it definitley IS clean...which is why I had to hop on it No, we didnt trade. The car is obviously worth more than the bike, but we worked out a deal I can't wait to start modding it

it has all the bolt-ons: ported GT40 upper/lower intakes, pullies, cold air, throttle body, MAF, shorties, mild cam (dont know specs), electric fan, x-pipe, 1 chambers, 373's, Tremec tranny, subframes, camber plates, strut bar, etc...
I plan to throw a 306 331 in there. I am not familiar with good combos yet, but I hope to push over 300 rwhp all motor...maybe s/c later on, who knows

i havent taken off the intakes, so I cant really justify whether it is or not, but he said it was. But yeah, i loved this car ever since the first time I saw it in teh parking lot of one of the Cal-State Hayward shows about 3 years ago

Sounds like you got a great deal!
I like the paintjob/tremec tranny. I'm still looking for a good TKO myself.

Thanks all! From what I've heard, this notch has definitely been kept up through good hands. 50NOTCH (Mike) is a great guy that explained everything about the car and what it needs to run at its prime. He said that JohnB has done most of the work on it, and from what i hear, he knows his shit, so I was able to drive the car home in confidence.
The notch will definitley be in good hands

OMG!!
Definately one of the cleanest foxes I've ever seen. Congrats!
Anyone know if a two-toned LX Hatchback could look this nice?

i think any fox will look good 2-toned as long as the color combination and dividing color all look right together. There is another guy on here with a silver and black 85/86 and its really nice too.
When I saw this orange/black notch 3 years ago, it was the first time I liked 2-tone paint jobs and the first time I actually started liking notches Then, when I saw that silver/black hatch, I liked 2-tones even more and was about ready to 2-tone my silver 96

bout damn time you got a mustang...I was sick and tired of seeing "I'll trade you my bike" LMAO! Just playing,...good for you man!! Way to stay determind and get what you were lookin for. I"m sure you had to pile on some cash with your bike if the bike in fact was part of the trade but like everyone else has said that coupe is sick, clean and I don't think I would mod it. I'd juice it or save for a scharger.

PLEASE keep that car under lock and key. It is basically a second kid to me. Definitely a kick-azz car. The lower intake is HEAVILY ported. We're talking to the point of being excessive. It would be good with a set of AFR 185's.

Will do. Its sitting in the garage, with an Autolock on the clutch Its not going anywhere. I'm going to get some other security devices before I actually start taking it out...better safe than sorry.
As for the intake, yes, I heard about the port job...I'll be keeping the ported one until I get some heads, but for now, a non-ported lower compliments of JohnB will be installed
