A lot of misinformed myths out there. I have plenty of friends also who had full coverage on salvage title vehicles also. You just kinda gotta research the car and check it out fully. You can salvage some of the value by getting the car to a "revived" status. Meaning it was inspected by the State or CHP and was found to be road worthy. The conversion car I bought had the following when i bought it. Tubular K-member, control arms, coil-overs, 302 with edelbrock heads, hollley intake, 4-lug disc brakes and a bunch of other stuff.
