ya, the car that he hit, backed out of a driveway without looking both ways, and pulled out infront of him. he didnt have enough time to stop safely....sux.

Police did not cite the governor because they arrived after the accident, Vernon said. He said police referred their findings to the Los Angeles city attorney's office, which will determine whether the governor should be cited for an infraction.

Perfect example on how the media puts out such trivial stories as compared to what is really important.
All I have to say is one thing about all the hype regarding Arnold in his accident:
