I got a ticket for exibition of speed and of course tinted windows. I was pulling onto madison blvd a right turn. Then as i proceed to get onto the road i see a car suddenly turn on its right turn signal as if it was going to go into my lane, so i stepped onto only in first gear, not churrping the tires to get out in front of that car. Well there was a bike cop i guess on that corner and says i stepped on it to show off. Can any please help. Also is there anyone to write off my tinted windo ticket, or will just have to pay $90 bucks again. thanks for ur help....

hate to say it but, chances are the court will find it in the cops favor even if you explain your situation. especially if it is a motorcycle cop, which he/she will state what kind of training they have and how many year of experience, etc. If you do decide to fight it be sure to dress nice, draw up a diagram, and present it professionally. also cross your fingers for a "no-show" by the cop. in terms of the tinted windows, if your ticket shows a general penal code or doesnt say tinted windows i.e. something about blocked view, you can get around the tinted windows. just go to a cop to sign off the ticket and say it was for something hanging off your rearview mirror (which is illegal) which can fall under the same kind of ticket. as long as the ticket doesnt have specifics written on it, you are good to go, just pay the $10 "filing fee". hope this helps.... sorry to hear you got screwed.

I cannot stress enough that you gotta try http://ticketassassin.com/ . I had 2 speeding tickets that were pending. Im down to one only now. My first ticket was a 49mph in a 35mph zone. Not a biggie, but for sure a ticket that I didnt want. I payed the fee, not knowing if I would win or not. I did a Trial by mail (per the site) He gave me a letter that I formatted with my name and officers #. Well, I BEAT the ticket! The $25 fee already has covered itself by the smaller ticket, by me winning it. Now for my second ticket, this one is going to be a little harder to beat (but things are looking good and will know by the 14th of this month). I was doing a 110+mph on the freeway at 2am in the morning. Well when I went to court to plead not guilty or guilty. I requested that I wanted a trial by mail. Well the judge denied me because it was to excessive speed, and espcially in that county they would not allow it. Well, I had to make a decision to plead guilty or not guilty. I plead NOT GUILTY. I went back home and explained the story to the SITE and he gave me a letter, saying that the judge was in VIOLATION for not granting my request for the trial, by mail. Anyhow, the court apologized, and said sorry for the inconvience and we will give you the trial by mail. Well the 14th I will know if I won or not. My point is, TRY THAT FIRST!
