its the fact that he says its good for parting out only. If he only lost the title, he could just go to the DMV and file for a missing/lost title... its just too suspicious

If you're all sure it's stolen, then why doesn't someone go check it out, get the VIN and see if it's stolen or not?
I've dealt with no paperwork vehicles before. I've never run into one that was stolen. It's just a lot of people don't know how the DMV works.

I dunno Ive nevr delt with a car WITHOUT any paperwork and never would.If I see an ad or whatever and it says no paperwork I move on,no matter howgood a deal.IMO it looks weird seeing a car parting out with no title or any kind or paperwork....
Oh well maybe its legit,just looks weird.
