I DO BELIEVE DAVE WILL RUIN THAT FOR HIM! just a bit of advise from a fellow shop owner and cafords member, LEE dont let friendship ruin ur business. keep business separated from friendship. [/qb]
this^^ I am a business owner as well. And sometimes my devs do freelance projects but use the business resources. Once my company is brought into the picture in any light. I become responsible. And it does have ill effects. Like now I am supporting a very poorly written application because my employee used company resources and email when doing a side job. It sucks and I am taking a loss a bit. But it is worth it more for me to keep me business name afloat. Thank you Casey for realizing that and verbalizing it. I know not many people here are business owners. So I do not expect them to understand. But that "IS" how business should be run. [/QB]
