It's value will depend on the actual condition (if it looks as good as the pics) and if the title is clean or salvage. The problem wiht low ballin' (if you actually intend on purchasing the car) is that the seller may not take you seriously and will just ignore you. I do this all the time.. someone shoots me a rediculously stupid offer and I basically don't even respond or negotiate b/c I know they aren't really interested in buying what I am selling.
