East bound on antelope [/qb]
Would you please elaborate on the "trap"? It is a state field emission data collection site. They exist all over the state to collect real world emission data. The bi-annual emission testing numbers are often far better then what they see in the field tests. The data collected is used to see what the smog impact really is and what if anything should be changed. So the information collected from these can hurt and help us! CHP is always on site for traffic safety. [/qb]
so if your car fails infront of a chp n smog tech then what? [/qb]
nothing happens its just getting info [/qb]
^^^^^^^ Haha I'm glad at least someone understands! [/QB]
