I'm just wondering but how will you lower it in.
Where do you put the chains if the upper intake is installed already? Chains on the header bolts w/load leveler?
I used an EFI lift plate to put mine in.

Okay hah just making sure. I thought there is a different way to install a motor with the upper intake I didn't know about or something.

It's not ready to be dropped in just yet.
More than anything it's a trial fit then being stripped down for install.

Looks good, now get it installed!!
Gonna cut a big hole in the inner for that powerpipe? Gonna need it to make room for that bypass valve.

On an 89' I had, the hole for the power pipe was the original circular hole found on the fox aprons oversized.
Thinking the bypass might fit where the stock air box was located.

I pulled and installed my engine by the headerbolts with no load leveler...
mine didn't have any of that nonsense on the front accessories though

the bypass valve actually sits right next to the radiator and the power pipe fits the stock hole cant go cutting up my saleen now unless i trade it to fostang the the old school
