Try a slow bulk diet to keep the fat at a minimum. Try a calorie surplus of 500 6 meals a day 1.5 ounces of protein/ lean body mass .08 ounces of fat per lean body mass amd the rest fill with clean carbs such as oatmeal brown rice sweet potato russet potatoe Ezekiel bread green veggies ect lean proteins talapia chicken tits flank steak salmon turkey ect. Fats nuts olive oil avocado egg yolks [/qb]
how tall are you? But i eat so much carbs unhealthy and healthy like fast food and the food you just listed if my mom makes. i heard if you weight 150 lbs you should absorb 150 grams of protein, every pound should be 1 gram of protein. I just want to push my self towards goals [/qb]
I'm 5'11 and people's opinions vary on how much protein you should be taking in but really whatever works for you stick to it. I'm taking in 250 grams of clean protein every day and I'm retaining the mass I accumulated while shredding the fat. Cut the fast food crap tho that can kill Your gains [/QB]
