Wasup guys. I have a pretty much stock 89 GT mustang 5.0 with auto tranny with shift kit. Has bbk headers, bbk cold air intake and bbk o/f h pipe and 2 chamber flows. Everything else stock. So im second owner and finally decided its time to change the old 3.27s out and throw in some 3.73s. Had the rear end rebuilt and also had new axels installed just to get it all done once and for all. All i can say is holly crap what a difference. Car feels faster and pulls. Im no speed freak but man did the gears make it feel like i gained alot of power. Anyhow just wanted to share if anyone gave a...

Gears are one of the best mods and make a big difference that u can actually FEEL!! I know people with stock cars n just gears that are beating cars without gears that have h/c/I.. glad u like em!! But then again, whats not to like!! Haha

Yeah bro rear end was goin bad anyway. Figure rebuild and gears would be money well spent.

What is the purpose of subframe connectors? Only my second mustang dont really know too much.
Yeah it is a night and day difference. I really havent even smashed since the shop told me wait 500miles before i get on it. But already i feel the pull! Its crazy ive owned this car for almost a year and a half and never have i swung it or dogged it. But shit i wanna now lol

Reduce chasis flex and makes your car feel more stiff, as soon as you get those welded and hop into your car and make a slight turn you will feel the stiffness

If I recall, foxes with autos came with 3.08 or optional 3.27 gearing.
