But have you ever heard of Duplicolor Shadow?? Its supposed to give chrome a "black Chrome" and in the instructions it says "DO NOT SAND surface unless you want a "ruff looking surface in your final outcome"... I didnt like the way the "shadow" looked on my wheels... It gave them a green tint... So heres what I did, I scuffed up that paint so that the black will.have something to stick to.. ,, 3 coats of black, 3 coats of clear...
