I use to have one.
Still have a center speaker box that replaces the center consol and is fitted for a 12w7 JL audio.
Has a backlit blue light on logo and you re-use your lid.

best trucks ever made.
In terms of easy mods, the best bet IMO is a 6lb lower pulley, NGK TR6 spark plugs, JLP ram air intake (NOT JLT, or any others!), a valve body shift kit, some take-off lightning bilstein shocks, and a GREAT dyno tune.
I have a 6lb lower, ported eaton/plenum/tb, SCT BA MAF, JLP ram air intake, OBX longtube headers and X pipe mid (stock catback - sounds perfect with NO drone and tons of bark at WOT), a valve body, shackles in the rear to level it, Hotchkis TVS suspension (front and rear sway bars - they dont have a rear bar stock), 22"x10" replica wheels with 285/40R22 front and 305/40R22 in rear.
I had it tuned by Ray at FTK in socal and it make 400rwhp and 520rwtq on his mustang dyno, he said stock harley trucks make 280rwhp on his dyno so those are great numbers but really can't be compared to somebody on a dynojet or anything else (other dyno's read much higher than a mustang dyno)

www.lightningrodder.com and www.nhtoc.org has good tech info.
99% of lightning mods apply directly to the 02/03 harley, just know that the boost ratings of lower pulley's is a bit wrong as the harley has a larger upper pulley than the lightning which will make ~2lb less boost (but less likely to have belt slip because more belt wraps the larger pulley!)
the trucks are awesome, I can't believe how well mine handles with the hotchkis TVS suspension kit, it has better control and is more comfortable riding than a stock fox/sn95/s197 mustang. The only thing really limiting it from being better are the seats are made for BIG boys so I slide all over the place, and the steering ratio is more like a bus than a performance car, like every truck I've driven.

The 02 heads don't have enough threads and have been known to fail

Common ford mod motor problem with the spark plugs shooting out of the spark plug hole due not enough threads.

Yeah, my dad has an 02 HD F150 and he's shot 2 plugs out so far. They're great trucks otherwise.

easy fix though, my truck shot out a plug that had been repaired by p/o shortly after I bought it.
$1100 or so got me a pair of stage 1 ported MMR heads which they start with a brand new pair of ford PI 8 thread heads with new cams. $150 or so for a ford head changing kit (gaskets + bolts) and back in business with more power.
not a big deal
